The Drive! For the Future initiative ("Drive", "we", "our") owns and operates this website, which allows members and other interested parties to communicate with each other, and view news and information.

By visiting and using our this website, you agree as a user to abide by the rules and conditions, or Terms of Use and Usage Policies (TOU and Usage Policies), we have established for our site, which as a whole are presented below, where you will find everything you need to know about using our site. We ask that you read all of the following thoroughly, as sites visitors and users are bound by the terms, guidelines and rules for the site.

These Terms of Use and Usage Policies apply to the Drive! website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and Usage Policies. The DRIVE! consortium may change these Terms of Use and Usage Policies from time to time. By continuing to use this site, you accept and agree to be bound by all changes.

These Terms of Use and Usage Policies and all use of our website is governed by the laws of Tennessee. By using our website and any information contained therein, the user submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Tennessee to resolve disputes of any kind arising out of the user’s reliance on the information on our website, or any interaction with the sponsors involving said sites.
A printed version of these Terms of Use and Usage Policies and of any related notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use and Usage Policies to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
